Guess how's the result! Yeah, Alhamdulillah, praise to Alloh that we won both of the categories. We are UTP (Universiti Teknologi Petronas) students succeed brought the trophy and present for our lovely campus ^^ Ya, we got 1st Runner Up for vocal competition and 2nd Runner Up for dance competition.
In this competition we came out with idea : diversity in unity by arts. It represented us who come from many countries with many cultures and diversity but we can be together with many similarities in one big family. We could make a harmonization by performing arts. It was such kind of a beautiful performance that i've ever seen.
Yupz folks! This year for the vocal competition we presented medley song which are one Thai traditional song, one Malaysian pop song, and the last one, Heal The World-Michael Jackson. With some arrangement in every song, the vocal group which are consisted by mixing of UTP student from Thailand, Malaysian, and Indonesian, made a success of harmony performance in this competition. That was awesome and amazing special brought by talented UTP student.
Now it's time to move on to the dance competition where I involved in the performance. The new dance group is formed which is consisting of talented students from different countries. This group named ICG (International Culture Group) is special only for bringing UTP's name to the whole world. In this competition ICG presented medley dancing from Pakistan and Mozambique. The performance was opened with Pakistani dance and continued with Mozambique and the last part mix together between Pakistani dancers and Mozambique dancers to close the performance nicely. This succeeded to make the audiences enjoyed to the max and clapping all the time from the beginning dance till the end =)
Incredible, unbelievable, amazing, all those words are represented my feeling in this event. We didn't expect much to become the winner, especially for the dance performance. Why was that so? It was because all the performances were good since the first participant till the last one. They are totally talented. Honestly, we thought that the other group which performed very nice would be the winner. It's cuz they seemed like professional dancer. But then when the judges announced the results and said that we became one of the winner, all the doubts of that were gone and changed to the happiness.

Without stopping we praise to Alloh for His blessing to us. Today the first mission accomplished. Now, we are ready for the next mission. This will be our starting point to step up more, more and more together. Hopefully we can sail through the world till the last moment in our university life ends, but without forget about all the moment that we have and pass together ever after ^^
